A vision without a strategy is only a dream.  In 2000, the dream quickly began to turn into reality as obedient steps were taken to implement a strategy.  Through trial and error and a great deal of prayer the Lord molded the strategy over a 3 year period into what we have implemented for the past 8 years with amazing success.  It is a strategy that is closely patterned after that which the early apostles used to turn the world upside down, Christ’s own strategy.
